The Association is pleased to announce that David Kinard has been named Senior Vice President of Membership and Business Development.

The MPL Association engages with Congress on numerous issues of importance to the medical professional liability (MPL) community, including medical liability reform, antitrust reform, and cybersecurity/data privacy.
